Customer Reviews
Amazing concert tickets!
I got tickets for my favourite band's pop concert through Ticketek UK and it was so easy! I logged in, found the event, picked my seats, and checked out in minutes. The e-tickets came straight to my inbox. I can't wait for the show; this made getting tickets stress-free. I'll definitely be back for more events!
Smooth booking, quick support
I recently bought tickets for a West End show through Ticketek UK. The ordering process was very clear; I could easily pick my seats and see the total cost upfront, including the booking fee. After the purchase, I had a quick question about transferring the tickets to a friend, so I used their customer service contact form. I got a helpful reply within a few hours, which was great. The e-tickets downloaded perfectly to my phone, and scanning them at the venue was hassle-free. Everything was as described on their site, and I appreciated the quick turnaround from support when I had a question.
Consistent service, reliable tickets
I've used Ticketek UK a few times now, and this latest purchase for the rock concert tickets was just as smooth as the others. I got tickets for the same band last year through them and had no issues then either. Their site is always easy to navigate, and the e-tickets arrived in my inbox quickly after purchase. It's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect and they deliver.
Got my festival tickets!
Needed some festival tickets for my mates and me. Went on Ticketek UK, found what I wanted pretty fast. It was all straightforward, no weird pop-ups or anything. Paid with my card, got the confirmation email. Easy peasy. The tickets showed up in my email like they said they would. Happy with how it all went down.
Good seats, but slow load times
I managed to snag some really good seats for a comedy show, which was a definite plus. The seat map was clear, and the price was fair for the location. However, the website felt a bit sluggish during peak time when I was trying to complete the purchase; some pages took a while to load, which was a little frustrating. The e-tickets arrived without an issue, and the event itself was fantastic. Overall, a solid experience, but they could definitely work on speeding up their site's performance.

Hey, thinking about grabbing tickets for that new West End show. How do you actually get the e-tickets after buying them?
What kind of payment options do they take? Just credit cards, or like PayPal too?
Are there any student discounts for shows on Ticketek UK?
If an event gets cancelled, do they actually give you your money back? Or is it like credit?
I'm looking for a discount code for some festival tickets. Do they ever put out public promo codes?
How much extra is the booking fee usually? Does it vary a lot?
Thinking of buying tickets for a mate and myself, but what if they change their mind? Is it easy to transfer tickets to someone else?
Anyone know if Ticketek UK is legit? I've heard some horror stories about fake tickets from other sites.
